onlywater™ bottles are made from food-grade borosilicate glass. borosilicate glass is known for its superior durability. it is chemically un-reactive, sanitary and thermal shock resistant, which is why it is the glass of choice for high-end laboratory equipment, restaurants, and wineries. borosilicate glass will never impart flavors or leach chemicals into your beverage like plastic and stainless steel alternatives.

all of our bottles are lead-free, bpa-free, bps-free, phthalate-free and cadmium-free. our products undergo some of the most rigorous consumer product testing available. we make sure that our products meet and exceed global standards such as fda, cpsia, california prop 65 and reach.

onlywater™ bottles are handcrafted in a state of the art manufacturing facility in hangzhou china. our manufacturing partner is a global leader in glass fabrication and produces glass product for several industry leading brands.

onlywater™ bottles are airtight when the lid is firmly in place. our stainless steel lid features a food-grade silicone lining to prevent leaks. the silicon lining is 100% bpa and bps-free.

currently we do not sell replacement lids but plan to in the near future.

borosilicate glass can be recycled endlessly without quality loss or contamination. however, not all local recycling facilities have the necessary equipment to recycle borosilicate glass. please contact your local recycling centre to confirm their capabilities prior to drop-off.

each onlywater™ bottle weighs 12 oz.

onlywater™ was founded on the belief that water should be consumed responsibly. from the beginning we have focused on minimizing our carbon footprint through material selection, plastic-free packaging and product delivery. after our first year in business we will apply to be climate neutral certified through climate neutral. Until then we will pay to offset our carbon footprint through a trusted carbon offset provider. our first payment will be made at the end of our first year of business.

onlywater™ bottles are sold in three packs so they can be fully integrated into your daily life. our three packs make it possible to always have a clean bottle on hand and ready to go.

all onlywater™ orders are shipped complimentary through ups. all orders ship within 1-2 business days. transit time is 2-4 days.

currently we ship domestically within the united states (excluding hawaii, alaska and puerto rico).

onlywater™ accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for credit, exchange or refund. If you need to return or exchange and item please contact us as hello@drinkonlywater.co.

we are confident you will take good care of your onlywater™ bottle. however, accidents do happen. as a result we offer a one-time replacement policy. If one of your bottles breaks within the first year of purchase we will offer you a complimentary replacement bottle. the offer is valid for one replacement per purchase. please contact us at hello@drinkonlywater.co for more info.

onlywater™ bottles and lids are dishwasher safe. although this is a great way to clean your bottle we prefer to clean ours by hand using a bottle brush and some mild dish soap.

we recommend cleaning your bottle every few days. our preference is to wash the bottle by hand using a mild dish soap and bottle brush. If you prefer you can place the bottle and lid in the dishwasher.

like any glass bottle, the liquid inside will expand and crack your bottle if placed in the freezer for any length of time. we do not recommend placing your onlywater™ bottle in the freezer.

onlywater™ bottles are shatter-resistant and durable. however, if dropped on hard surfaces there is a chance they will break. we suggest treating each bottle with care. if taken care of your onlywater™ bottle will last a lifetime.

our bottles are made from high density shatter-resistant borosilicate glass and resistant to thermal shock. pouring boiling water into them will not shatter them. if you decide to clean them using boiling water please do so carefully as the glass will be extremely hot and could cause burns.
